At Bratz CFW, we are highly selective about the furnishings we accept. All furniture must be well-crafted, and pre-owned pieces must be in like-new condition. We accept items less than 10 years old unless management approves otherwise. Additionally, all furniture must come from a pet-free and smoke-free home without exceptions. We do not pick up furniture from storage units to ensure environmental conditions. Our new customers often ask, "Where is the used furniture?" (I love it!) There's plenty! However, there's a significant difference between our consignment stores and charitable organizations, to which we refer items we cannot accept.
